To get started, head to our product page where you can pick the product(s) you want. Click ‘Add to Cart’ and proceed to checkout. When you get to the checkout page, enter the gift card code provided on your digital gift card, complete the checkout process, and you’re finished!
After you purchase, you can always go back to the digital gift card link provided to you at redemption to check your remaining balance.

Can I purchase more than one gift card?
You’re presented with two options while purchasing a gift card: ‘Add To Cart’ and ‘Send As A Gift’.
If you choose ‘Send As A Gift’, you will not be able to buy multiple gift cards in the same purchase. However, you can go through the process multiple times and personalize each gift for each friend. You will not need to create a new account with each purchase.
If you choose ‘Add To Cart’, you will be able to purchase more than one gift card at a time. Note: this option will send the gift card(s) to your personal email address to gift at a later time.

How is the gift card delivered to the recipient?
If you choose ‘Send As A Gift,’ you can deliver the gift card via email, messaging apps, or you can print it out and deliver it in person.
If you choose ‘Add To Cart,’ you’ll receive the gift card to your personal email address and can share the gift code at a later time or use it yourself.

Do I have to have a GEM subscription to purchase or redeem a gift card?
You don’t need to have a subscription, and purchasing a gift card will not create a subscription.
If you’ve received a gift card and you purchase a subscription item, a subscription is automatically created for you at checkout, but you can change or cancel your subscription at any time.
If you’ve received a gift card and you purchase a one-time (non-subscription) item, then you will not be placed into a subscription.
